Job Description

Position: Lead Generation | Appointment Setter

Location: Melbourne, VIC (Work from Home) 

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.

Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify them as potential clients, and determine their interest in our products/services.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business strategies.

Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT consulting or a related industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals over the phone and achieve targets.

Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT consulting services, including CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for managing leads and reporting.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the Melbourne/Australian market and local business culture.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

What we are looking for:

Outbound/Inbound Call Centre experience is desirable

Be self-motivated; confident with a positive “can-do” attitude

Excellent communication & computer skills

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm (one hour lunch break)
